Important Registration Notes

Members: please log in to access member rates.
Registration will close on Friday, April 3, 2020.
All payment due prior to the pre-conference workshop on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Cancellations with refund must be made by emailing Denise Rayman at denise.rayman[at]gmail[dot]com before Friday, April 3, 2020.
On-site registration will not be available.
If you are not currently a member, or your membership has lapsed, you must sign up for membership first in order to register with the member rate.
