Important Registration Notes:

Registration closes on Wednesday, March 22.
Attendance is limited to the first 35 registrants.
Workshop is free for members of MAC and/or SIA.
Registrations must be completed and payments postmarked by Wednesday, March 22. On-site registration will not be available.
If you are not currently an SIA member, or your membership has lapsed for the year, and want to sign up at the member rate, you must first sign up for membership. After signing up as a member, send an email to Treasurer Rich Bernier at bernier@purdue.edu, stating in the subject line “member application started, please confirm membership,” and wait for a confirmation email before submitting your registration for the meeting. Once you receive a confirmation, you can register for the meeting at the member price. You can pay for both with one check.
All those registering for the workshop will receive an acknowledgment of their registration and a receipt for their payment.
Your check must be received before the workshop to ensure your spot at the workshop. We cannot be held responsible for checks lost in the mail.
