Registration is closed
Important Registration Notes:
  • Registration closes on Wednesday, March 22.
  • Early-Bird registrations must be completed and payments postmarked by Monday, February 27.
  • Standard registrations must be completed and payments postmarked by Wednesday, March 22. On-site registration will not be available.
  • If you are not currently a member, or your membership has lapsed for the year, and want to sign up at the member rate, you must first sign up for membership. After signing up as a member, send an email to Treasurer Rich Bernier at bernier@purdue.edu, stating in the subject line “member application started, please confirm membership,” and wait for a confirmation email before submitting your registration for the meeting. Once you receive a confirmation, you can register for the meeting at the member price. You can pay for both with one check.
  • All those registering for the annual meeting will receive an acknowledgment of their registration and a receipt for their payment.
  • Your check must be received before the annual meeting to ensure your spot at the meeting. We cannot be held responsible for checks lost in the mail.
  • Please reference your invoice number(s) on your check.

Cancellations
